*Please be sure to preheat before using for the first time*
As preheating is said, place the pot on the stove and turn on the heat without adding any ingredients.
Please note that you should not leave the pot on the stove. Cook evenly up to the edge of the pot.
When you start cooking, the surface will turn black, and when it turns gray, it's time to cook.
When the temperature of the pot has dropped a little, wash it with a scrubbing brush or something similar in hot water. (You can also use detergent.) Using a steel scrubbing brush will cause scratches.
Next, season it with oil. Put a lot of oil in the pot and fry the vegetable scraps. Do this throughout the pot.
Throw away any vegetable scraps and wash the pot with hot water before use.
The handle will get hot, so do not hold it directly, but wrap it in a towel and be careful not to touch the towel to the fire.
*Care instructions*
When you're done cooking, wash it with a scrubbing brush using hot water.
If it gets burnt, scrub it off with a steel scrubbing brush.
It's easier to remove burnt food if you put it in hot water while there is still some residual heat in the pot.
After that, remove all moisture from the pot, coat it with oil and store it. If you do not apply oil, the pot will rust.
To completely remove all moisture, heat the pot on the stove for a little while, and the water will evaporate, but be careful not to get burned when applying oil.
After it cools down a little, apply oil to the back as well.
If it rusts, you can remove it by rubbing it with fine-grained paper, but the rubbed area will burn easily, so heat it on the stove once (the rubbed area will turn blue) and apply oil.
