Haven't used them yet. Can only be used once as you have to stick them into the pair of shoes of your choice. Took over a month to get here from the UK.

It is exactly the same as the photo. Very good packaging. They have rubber... After using I don't know if they will work. But for the price they are worth it. good quality

They are poorly marked, according to the templates, the R corresponds to the left foot and the L to the right. total dyslexia. Everything else, correct.
