How to use the product: Mix 2 generous scoops with 6 to 12 oz of water or your favorite beverage. You can add a little sweetener according to your taste. Place the drink in a blender-type container, shaker cup, or electric blender and then add the powder to blend better. Our micellar casein cannot be stirred with a spoon. Note: 2 generous scoops average 30 grams. Depending on how you scoop, 2 scoops may be slightly less or more than 30 grams.
