Directions for use: Take ALLMAX® ALLMASS™ immediately after exercise. On days off from exercise, take it after waking up. After exercise, the body goes into a catabolic state. ALLMASS™ helps stop this muscle breakdown, putting your body into an anabolic state (increased muscle synthesis) where it would normally break down muscle. 1 to 2 cups (125 to 500 ml) of water or skim milk, depending on preference. Add 5 scoops and mix, stir or shake. Take this medication several hours before or after taking other medications or supplements. Stay well hydrated before, during and after exercise. Scoop Count - Water or skim milk 5 scoops for fast muscle gain - 2 cups (500 ml) 1 scoop for muscle gain - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
