[What bags are available? ] Nylon plastic bags are recommended to make it easier to maintain the vacuum state. Since the bag is closed by crimping the vinyl, the crimping part must be made of vinyl material (polyethylene). Polypropylene bags don't close well. Pure aluminum and paper cannot be crimped. Gusseted bags cannot be vacuum packed. Bags and rolls made specifically for household vacuum packing machines that have embossed processing (surface irregularities) cannot be vacuum packed. Vacuum power is weak A. If the bag sticks to the tip of the intake nozzle, it will not be vacuum packed. Secure the air passage by creating wrinkles in the bag near the tip of the intake nozzle. If the contents are small, be sure to vacuum pack them by placing them in the middle of the bag or near the intake nozzle. Vacuum bags and rolls with uneven surfaces (embossed) can only be crimped. It will not be completely vacuum packed. Q.The crimped part melts. APlease shorten the crimping time. The setting method is to set the desired time by pressing the shortcut button on the operation panel with the intake nozzle retracted (the crimping time will be displayed on the LCD screen). →We recommend crimping time of 5 to 10 seconds. However, depending on the type of bag you are using, you may need to try it several times to find the perfect time.
Q. Air enters A. Check that there is no abnormality in the cushion rubber and extend the crimping time. After crimping, please check that the bag is firmly crimped. →Depending on the food (such as mandarin oranges), the air inside the food may leak into the bag, causing air to enter the bag over time. Q. The vacuum force gradually weakened. A. This is caused by clogging due to residue sticking inside the main unit. Clean the intake nozzle and filter. → Household vacuum bags and rolls with uneven surfaces can only be crimped. Complete degassing will not occur.
