Functions: Radio reception function (automatic reception/manual reception), radio reception ON/OFF function, radio reception lamp, step second hand
A clock that receives radio waves carrying accurate time information and automatically corrects the displayed time
When no radio signal is received, the watch operates with quartz accuracy.
Recommended battery: 1 x AA alkaline battery (sold separately)
Body size: (approx.) Height 30 x Width 30 x Depth 5 cm
1. Automatic reception of radio wave movement: After inserting the alkaline battery correctly into the battery slot, the second hand will first start to move quickly and automatically to the 12 o'clock position. Then the hour and minute hands will also move automatically to the 12 o'clock position. (If the power-on reset does not work, press the "RESET" button). This process takes about 4 to 6 minutes. After the previous zero position adjustment, the hour, minute and second hands will stop moving, and at this point the watch will enter the automatic reception state (initial reception state) of radio signals. After about 3 to 12 minutes of reception time, if the correct time signal is received, the hands will rotate quickly and point to the correct time. *The automatic radio wave reception function is performed once every hour. Therefore, the initial automatic radio wave reception may take a long time. 2. Manually adjusting the time: Manual time adjustment: Manual time adjustment is possible whether the watch is receiving or not receiving. If the minute hand advances by one minute when the hands are stopped in the receiving state by pressing and holding the "M.SET" key for 4 seconds, you will enter the manual time adjustment mode. At this time, each time you press the "M.SET " key, the minute hand advances by one minute, and if you hold down the key, the minute and hour hands advance quickly (the seconds cannot be adjusted). Release the key
When the "M.SET" key is pressed for 4 seconds, the watch will stop all movement of the hour and minute hands and enter the manual time adjustment mode. Each time the "M.SET" key is pressed within 8 seconds, the time advances by 1 minute. If you continue to press the key, the minute and hour hands will advance rapidly (seconds cannot be adjusted). If you release the key, the watch will end the manual time adjustment mode after 8 seconds and operate at the currently set time. 3.Reset function: When the reset button (RESET) is pressed, the hours, minutes, and seconds will all return to the 12 o'clock position, all internal information will be cleared, and the watch will once again enter the automatic radio signal reception state (initial reception state). 4. Automatic radio signal reception every day: If the watch is not receiving radio signals correctly on the current day, it will receive radio signals at four points during that day: 2:00AM, 3:00AM, 4:00AM, 5:00AM. 2:00AM and 3:00AM are mandatory reception times. *Due to the night-time second hand stop function, the second hand will not move even if automatic reception is performed at these four points. 5
.Manual forced reception: Manual forced reception is possible except for the three cases of zero position adjustment, manual time adjustment, and automatic reception. (Manual forced reception can be performed at any time from midnight to 12 o'clock) Press and hold the "REC" key for 4 seconds, and the hour, minute, and second hands will all move quickly to the 12 o'clock position. At this point, the watch will enter manual forced reception mode and begin receiving radio signals. If the correct radio signal is received within 3 to 12 minutes, the hands of the watch will immediately rotate to the correct time position, otherwise (such as if the reception signal fails), the hands will return to the position before entering manual forced reception mode according to the watch's internal memory and continue to advance to the normal time. 5. Automatic correction of mechanical errors of radio-controlled watches: Automatically check and correct the second hand at 5:20 and 12:20 every day. The hour and minute hands are automatically checked and corrected every day at 12 o'clock.
