The handle and the closing handle are damaged. It is quite likely that the product was thrown and at some point the plastic holding the closure handle broke, the handle opened, damaged the packaging and then fell out of the torn pouch. I received the order but it does not correspond to the photos. They sent me the wrong product. I was supposed to have sent what you see in photo 2 but instead they sent me what I show in photo 1. But Joom customer service solved the problem for me in a few minutes.
