It’s easy!

Select Klarna when on checkout and then select the payment schedule that works for you. After completing the payment you can control your orders and write-offs in the Klarna app.

How to start using Klarna:

• Add the items to your cart
• Select Klarna as a payment method at checkout
• Input the necessary information and you’ll instantly receive confirmation
• Klarna will send you a confirmation email once your order is confirmed with full details.

Payment methods:

1. Pay later

This option allows you to pay for your items within 30 days after an order has been placed. You can make this payment using a credit or debit card on the Klarna app or logging into www.klarna/com/uk. You can see both past and future payments using the Klarna app.

2. Pay over time

You can split your payment into 3 parts. Klarna will take the payments from your debit or credit card directly so you don’t have to worry about missing a payment. Klarna will take the first payment when you make the purchase, the second 30 days later and the final payment 60 days from your purchase date. You can see your past and future payments at any time using the Klarna app.

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by Coolbe. All transactions take place through connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols. You are completely protected from fraud with Klarna’s user protection policy.

FAQ

I’ve received a statement from Klarna, but have not received the order. What shall I do?

You can contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that they can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the order to arrive. Alternatively, you can pay now and if the items are not delivered within the warranty period, then apply for a refund.
We try our best to reduce delivery times as much as possible. Due to many factors, in some cases delivery may take more than 14/30 days. Please note that you can always check the maximum delivery time in the Warranty section of the order page.

Can I pay before the due date?

Yes. Just go to the Klarna app or log onto Klarna.com/uk.
