It's a nice cup, though if you're in love with the words written on it, you may need to be more flexible. The words on my cup are LOVE YOU MORE EVERYDAY. The mug really preserved the temperature. Holding the body from outside, you can't feel in internal temperature, a proof that heat loss in pretty minimal.

It just looks beautiful. I ordered two, one of them seems to be an old design, if I turn it, the coffee drips and both of them do not keep the heat for more than 2 hours. This one is even less so

The item is damaged on the upper part. Because of it, the button for opening the mug doesn't function at all. Not convenient to use it as a travel coffee mug. Not worthening the money.

Bought two. One of them started leaking after the third use and they both started to rust on the inside. Never buying metal again
