Be careful not to get water on the sheet.
When the sheet is completely dried in 10 minutes, slowly remove the sheet, from the edge.

Apply the sheet to your nose and remove it in five minutes.
Pat the remaining essence for absorption. Keep refrigerated before use for better results.
