Product Directions: Heat Therapy: Instructions are for 1,000 watt microwave oven. Start by warming Bed Buddy Relaxation Mask for 30 seconds. To rewarm, microwave for 15 seconds. It can be heated for up to 1 minute and 15 seconds. Always test the product by touching it before use. For cool use: Place Bed Buddy in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours to reach optimal temperature. Bed Buddy should only be used on the area you want relief for the 20 minutes recommended by your doctor.To clean: Wipe only the affected area with a damp cloth. Dry well before storing.
