How to use the product: Spray 2-5 times on the skin and massage the affected area. Magnesium topical spray may feel somewhat greasy after application, but it is not an oil and is quickly absorbed. You may see a white residue around the spray area, which can be wiped off with any remaining salt. To soak your feet, add 1 to 2 oz of warm water and soak your feet for 20 to 30 minutes.
Ingredients: Water and magnesium chloride hexahydrate.
Precautions: If irritation occurs, discontinue use and do not use on sensitive areas.
