When the internal temperature of the MPPT controller exceeds 100℃, the MPPT controller will reduce the output power. If the internal temperature continues to rise to 110℃, the MPPT controller will automatically turn off the output. When the internal temperature of the MPPT controller is lower than 85℃, the MPPT controller will automatically resume operation.
2.SHORT CIRCUIT PROTECTION
When an unexpected short circuit occurs in the MPPT controller output, the MPPT controller automatically turns off the output and automatically returns to normal after the short circuit removed.
3. INPUT UNDERVOLTAGE PROTECTION
When the input voltage of the MPPT controller is lower than 15V, the MPPT will protectively shut down and automatically resumes operation after the input voltage is normal.
4.OUTPUT ACTIVATE FUNCTION SETTING
When the MPPT controller leaves the factory, the output voltage activate function is on. That is, when the output terminal is suspended, the voltage output closed, and the output voltage shows "0" flashing. When battery access detected, the output automatically activated and the current charging voltage displayed. When the output activation function is not required in some specific applications, the user can press the [OK] key five times to turn off the activation function. At this time, the output voltage column will display "OPE" for 3 seconds, indicating that the operation is successful. In this way, the MPPT controller will output voltage directly after power on. If you need to restart the output activation function, press the [OK] key five times again to turn on the output activation function. At this time, the output voltage column will display "act" for 3 seconds, indicating that the operation is successful. After the output activation function is set, the system will save it automatically, and it will work according to the mode set last time when power on again.
How to Use:
Output Voltage Setting: Users can directly adjust the output charging voltage of the MPPT solar charge controller.The Specific Operation Method Is As Follows: 1. Under normal working status, press any key of [+] or [‑] once, the controller will enter from [Normal working] mode to [Output voltage setting] mode, and the displayed number will change from [Current output voltage value] to [Current set voltage value], and flashes continuously.2. The user can press the [+] or [‑] key to increase or decrease the [output voltage setting value]. Each click of the key changes 0.1V. Press and hold the key for a long time to increase or decrease continuously. The system will automatically limit the set voltage range according to the input voltage, there is no response and no out of range effects.3. After adjusting to the desired [output voltage setting value], press the [OK] key to confirm, and the last [output voltage setting value] will be stored.4. Finally, the memorized [Output voltage setting value] will continue to display for 4 seconds. After 4 seconds, the displayed number will change from [current set voltage value] to [current output voltage value], and at the same time exit [output voltage setting] modeand returns to [Normal Operation] mode.5. Although it enters the [Output Voltage Setting] mode, the converter will automatically exit the [Output Voltage Setting] mode after pressing [+] or [‑] at the end, and there is no need to press the [OK] button within 4 seconds. The adjusted [Output voltage setting value] is invalid and will not be remembered.
