Frying pans are used for a variety of cooking methods. Aluminum frying pans are indispensable for pasta dishes, etc., and are very convenient for cooking with sauces and quickly heating them up. Aluminum frying pans are also characterized by their lightness and good heat conduction. Available in sizes from 18cm to 35cm.
[Size] Inner diameter Ф250 (outer diameter 270mm) excluding handle [Thickness] 3.5mm [Height] 48mm [Weight] 850g [Handle length] 180mm
[Material] Body: Aluminum alloy/Handle: Steel plated
*The handle is made of plated iron to ensure high durability. *The surface treatment of the handle varies depending on the manufacturing date. Please be aware of this when purchasing frying pans from the same series in different sizes. *Aluminum is a soft material that is easily scratched, so there may be small scratches from the manufacturing process. Please rest assured that there is no quality problem. *Not compatible with IH. *The handle will become hot. Please use a cloth or purchase a silicone handle (sold separately). Please remove the silicone handle when using in the oven. *A frying pan made of aluminum material with high heat conductivity is ideal for cooking that requires quick heat transfer.
●How to use When you first start using the frying pan, the oil is not absorbed into the frying pan and food tends to stick to the frying pan, so it is necessary to clean the frying pan by applying a layer of oil over the entire frying pan. (1) Heat a frying pan and add plenty of oil. (2) Heat over low heat for about 5 minutes to blend the oil. (3) Wipe off excess oil and "oil smoothing" is complete. (4) The time to start cooking is when smoke comes out from the surface. ●Point: If you add food to the frying pan before it is warmed up, it may cause sticking. When cooking, add a large amount of oil and heat it thoroughly before adding the food to prevent it from sticking.
●Care Instructions - After use, wash thoroughly with a neutral detergent, wipe off moisture, and dry. - Do not scrub with a metal scrubbing brush as this may scratch the surface and cause corrosion. ・Do not use chlorine bleach or alkaline detergents. ・Leaving the product with dirt containing salt or oil or storing it in a humid place may cause corrosion. ・If you want to remove the burnt residue, soak it in hot water to soften it, then use a wooden spatula or bamboo spatula to remove it. ・Cannot be used in the dishwasher. - Discoloration of aluminum (darkening or brownish color) is a phenomenon that occurs when minerals and other substances adhere to the aluminum and water that react with it due to the heat of cooking. Rainbow-colored discoloration or white spots may occur, but these are caused by minerals contained in tap water (calcium, trace amounts of iron, copper, etc.) adhering to the water through evaporation. Rest assured that it is harmless to the human body even if used as is. If you are concerned about it, add lemon slices, apple peel, citrus fruits, and water and bring to a boil to make it less noticeable.
