Set as a fictional pirate radio program, the program features a DJ MC and tracks created by an impressive team of remixers. In <2>, which combines the gorgeous big band sound of the theme song ``TANK!'' with a breakbeat, and in <11>, which features a French pop-like whisper voice on an electro track, they have developed a cool sound that can be described as dance music ``to be listened to'' rather than danced to.
