how to use : 1. wash your feet thoroughly and remove any moisture.
2. open the product and take out the enclosed foot mask.
3. hold the top of the foot mask, open it to both sides, and gently tear it off.
4. wear it lightly as if you were wearing socks and remove it after about 45 to 60 minutes.
5. rinse your feet lightly under running water.
