It also features a long base handle that is difficult to expose to direct flames and does not transmit heat easily, making it less likely to get hot. Compatible with all heat sources including open flames and IH cookers. A milk pan that resists heat deformation and is made of high-quality enamel steel plate with a thickness of 1 mm that meets JIS standards. Since the material is iron, it has good thermal conductivity and excellent heat retention.
