How to Use
See the table below to determine your tolerance. Once tolerance is established, take one serving (2 capsules) with breakfast and one serving (2 capsules) with lunch. For best results, take for 60 days in conjunction with diet and exercise. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
Days 1 & 2 - 1 capsule once daily. Days 3 & 4 - 1 capsule twice daily. After Day 5, take 2 capsules daily.
