How to use: The Soothing Nasal Saline Rinse is easy to use. Mix 1 packet of Nasaline® salts with 1 cup (240 ml/8 oz) of warm water. Extract the saline solution and place it in the Nasaline® applicator. Gently push the saline solution into your nose so that the solution comes out the other nostril. Use 1-2 times daily or as directed by your doctor. Use distilled or sterile water to make the saline solution. Read all instructions inside the box.
