Directions: Shake well before use. How to use as a sunscreen: Apply liberally to exposed areas 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours or as needed after towel drying or after swimming or sweating. Use waterproof sunscreen when swimming or sweating. Sun protection: Use sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher regularly. Other sun protection methods include: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear hats and sunglasses. Consult a doctor before use for infants under 6 months of age.
