I have put the comment without realizing that they have made a mistake and the pen that they have sent me is not for the phone that I told them. S10 plus. Now I don't know what to do to change it I have followed your instructions and there is no way to let you know for the change to take place. If it stays like this, it will be a scam. Still being wrong, I bought an adapter and it doesn't work. I give it to my neighbor, who is an electronic engineer, to see what could happen and he tells me that the pen is damaged. I make the appropriate claim and tell them that I have it ready to return it to them and they give me the silent answer.

I have paid for a flash drive with two USB ports and only one works for me... for that I would have bought a normal one that is cheaper. It has worked well for me, but it does not work on my PC, but on my mobile... I have yet to look at it with a computer friend, but reading other comments, it gives me a bad omen. I am not going to return it, because of its price, it is what it is, but if I cannot use it on the PC, I will not buy more on joom, at least you must make sure that the material you sell is in good condition.

Unfortunately, the sticks do not have the promised storage capacity as soon as you try to exceed more than 1/8 of the displayed capacity, the computer gives an error message and the data is gone and the stick has to be formatted! So hands off!
