This is not the original. This is my first time ordering a KPOP product on Joom, but I started to have a huge doubt about the quality of the product and the price. I didn't feel reassured about the reliability of the site after receiving the product. I don't recommend Joom to order KPOP merchandise. First of all, I find it weird that we don't pay shipping and customs fees. It becomes suspicious when you think about it... Of course, I confirm that the product was indeed shipped from South Korea. Then, while inspecting the product detail after my research on lightstick scams, I noticed these negative points : • The origin of the Seller: SixKshop is certified on Joom as an "authorized seller" but I took a look at their site. I realize that there are no NewJeans sticks for sale ... It's weird ... and even if it is tagged on the images of the description of the item "authentic" and "sealed official" .. I still have a doubt ... But on the package, I saw the label of the seller SixKshop • Packaging: The production year is dated 2024.04 and not 2023.03, the label is not aligned at the bottom with the gold label / In addition, the gold Hybe label shines in rainbow colors on the "Hybe text" and on the small corner at the bottom right. Is this the original ? • Battery: the battery tip is not gold but silver gray + at the back it's weird... . • Strap: The rabbit logo is not very clear. It looks like the white outline is a bit "blurry" when viewed by eye. • Lower level of the lightstick: The lower cap of the stick is not easy to unscrew, because I have to force it a little. Also, I don't know if you should hear a very big "click" but you can hear it a little when you close the cap. When you want to close the cap, you feel that it is not "smooth" but a little "hard". • Cards > doubt about their flexibility and colors • The Rabbit's eyes are difficult to remove because it is too hard The positive points : • Delivery went very well. The product arrived in very good condition / very well packaged • Bluetooth Mode works very well oddly with the official NewJeans stick application • I have all the different color function modes including the one in the application> by testing it, I was able to add other colors and light effects • La notice a l'air original • Inside the stick in the battery compartment, we have the spring on a black support with a circle in the middle in "gold metal" If you have any doubts, don't waste your hard earned money on sites that are not 100% reliable. In any case, I will not be ordering Kpop products from Joom in the future.
