For my 39 I took 41... a bit big, but the width is good... there is also a minus, it feels like there is no lining between the sole and the top of the product, a membrane, I don't know what it is called... on the left the heel falls into the sole, and the right one slides inward... most likely you need to make a return. P.S. I'm adding to the review. I contacted customer support, they returned 50% of the order cost. It's a pity that there is no possibility of replacing the product. I will order again.
