Used this item for the first time today. Quite good at first, teabag fits in Bracket. However, when squeezing the tea bag, the holder opens, as this is quite loose and will not engage properly. With loose tea this would now in the cup swimming around. Conclusion: not suitable for everyday use

Perfect for tea lovers! Perfecto for the tea lovers like me! 🥰 You put a little tea inside as seen in the photo, take a cup with hot water and submerge the diffuser in the cup as you see in the photos that I put. And Voila, in a few minutes you have a wonderful tea!

The product complies with the description, but does not fully fulfill its function properly. Poor release of tea essence through the strainer, which in addition falls out of the hinges very easily. For 100%, the strainer attachment will loosen quickly and the product will be useless.

Basically it does what it's supposed to do, but when you squeeze out a tea bag, the flap always opens. So not quite as stable. Less of a problem with tea bags, but with loose tea some of the herbs can always end up in the cup.
