1. Wash the rice, put it in a clay pot and add water to the water line inside, or soak it in water for 20-30 minutes by adding 2 cups of 15oz/400cc to 440cc water from 13oz to 15oz and 3 cups of 600cc to 640cc water from 20.5oz to 24oz. min. min.
