COBALT, designed by Dekoni engineers, is equipped with a nano-carbon coated diaphragm driver and was created with a thorough focus on acoustic space, comfort, and lightness. Natural, high-resolution drivers and high-quality ear pads deliver the best sound possible. The ear pads chosen for COBALT are Dekoni genuine mesh sheepskin (FNSK=FenestratedSheepSkin). This pad is angled to allow sound pressure to escape and reduce headphone brightness. Additionally, the earholes are wide enough to keep your ears comfortably away from the driver and prevent your ears from touching the edges of the ear pads. The extra ear space further enhances the headphones' acoustics, delivering a high-resolution stereo image that pushes the boundaries of soundstaging in closed-back designs.
