Liver: This product contains acetaminophen. Serious liver damage may occur if you take the following:
Take more than six doses within 24 hours, the maximum daily dose.
Take with other medications containing acetaminophen.
Drink more than three alcoholic drinks per day while taking this product.
Allergies: Acetaminophen can cause serious skin reactions. Possible symptoms include:
Redness
Blisters
Rash
If a skin reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical attention immediately.
Do not use if:
Do not take other medicines (prescription or over-the-counter) that contain acetaminophen. If you are unsure whether a medicine contains acetaminophen, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
If you are taking a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (used to treat depression, mental and emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), take this medicine for two weeks after stopping the MAOI medication. If you are unsure whether your prescription medication contains an MAOI, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
Consult your doctor before taking this product if you have:
Liver disease
High blood pressure
Diabetes
Difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate
Heart disease
Thyroid disease
Persistent or chronic cough due to smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema
Cough with excessive phlegm (mucus)
If you are taking the blood thinner warfarin, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product.
Do not use more than directed on the product package.
Stop use and consult your doctor if:
If you experience nervousness, dizziness, or insomnia.
If pain, stuffy nose, or cough worsens or lasts more than 7 days.
If fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days.
If you experience flushing or swelling.
If new symptoms develop.
If your cough recurs or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. These symptoms may be signs of a serious illness.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.
Overdose: Taking more than the recommended dose (overdose) can cause liver damage. In case of overdose, seek medical attention or call a doctor immediately. Prompt medical attention is important, even in children and adults, even if there are no specific signs or symptoms.
Do not take more than the recommended dose.
Do not take more than 8 tablets in a 24-hour period.
Use only the provided measuring cup.
Do not use other products in the measuring cup.
Take as directed or as directed by your doctor.
Store at 20-25°C (68-77°F).
