How to use: How to use as a sunscreen: Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use a waterproof sunscreen when swimming or sweating. How to protect yourself from the sun: Use a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher sunscreen regularly. Other sun protection tips include: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear a hat and sunglasses.
