Item as described. Very fast shipping infact arrived in 10days only.... Unbelievable.... 😀 😀 Works fine and so delicate that it even picks up statics of electricity from the plastic bag that it was packed in. The bright small led light on the front helps alot. 😀 The flickering sound is of high peek.. 😀 No manual included as it says on the pen but it is not an issue. Very helpful and it is highly recommended. Thank you JOOM.
The non-contact voltage tester is a bit sluggish in its reaction and you should always be aware of that. It is best to do this on a live conductor beforehand try out. But considering the rather low price, it's okay. If the examiner had been more expensive I would have sent it back.
